Cellulite Reduction Exercise in Our Busy World
Posted by Sandy Thompson on 09/9/09 in Cellulite
A lot of us live our lives like penned animals. Built to move, too often we put ourselves in a cage. We have bodies designed for racing across the savannas, but we live a lifestyle designed for migrating from the bed to the breakfast table; to the car seat; to the office chair; to the restaurant booth; to the living room couch and back to the bed.
A far cry from life in the USA just a short while back where whole families exercised on a daily basis as a matter of course. A man working on a farm got as much exercise as one would get with about ten miles of jogging every single day.
Now we find ourselves tied down by the requirements of our jobs and home and exercise is something that must be found outside of our usual routines.
Physical activity is the most important thing we can reintroduce into our lives to regain our health. Health experts are even insisting that cellulite problems in the US have less to do with eating too much as it does with lack of movement.
Which isn’t to say that diet isn’t important. A brisk walk around the block certainly isn’t going to burn off that pizza and beer you had for dinner. Although exercise is the most important addition to your lifestyle, in order to obtain lasting results you must also balance your diet.
Nevertheless, it is not something that you are likely to sustain unless exercise is part of an overall program. The more regularly you exercise, the easier it is to maintain your weight.
Here is one exercise you can start doing every day to tackle your cellulite.
If you have cellulite on your thighs and on the back of your thighs and around the butt area. Exercises that you should be focusing on are: jogging or walking depending on your fitness and physical capabilities. Riding a bike is also extremely effective. Combined with a cellulite reduction cream like CelluRez, this exercise will be most effective.
