Cellulite Removal Made Easy 3 Ways

The older you get the more likely you are to develop cellulite. It is a problem that will affect most women at some point and it is one of the more dreaded skin conditions. Luckily, there are several treatment options available to women to help reduce the condition’s appearance and perhaps stop it from becoming even worse.
There is no silver bullet though. Cellulite is a difficult condition and you will be required to push through with small milestones along the way. But if you persist you will be pleasantly surprised at the results.
1. Burn the Fat
How much fat is in your body is related to how much cellulite you have. The relationship isn’t a direct one, however. Many slender women get cellulite because it is caused by the thin layer of fat which exists under the skin. The more fat you have the more lumpy this layer of fat is and therefore the more dimpled the skin above is. This layer of fat can be difficult to target and thinner women have a lumpy layer which they find hard to remove. Eating a more healthy diet full of fresh fruits, vegetables and lean meat will do a better job at removing fat from this layer than just exercise alone or simply reducing your overall fat and sugar intake.
2. More Exercise
Combining your new cellulite busting diet with exercise will combine the effects of both methods and you will see better and quicker results as a consequence. You should do plenty of both strength training and cardio. That way you will not only burn the fat but also tone the muscles in your problem areas to make them look even better.
3. No More Alcohol and Caffeine
These two ingredients are well known to increase the levels of toxins in the body. It is these toxins which are thought to make the cellulite worse by increasing fluid retention and causing the breakdown of collagen in the skin. By removing these two food products from you diet you can help your body restore its natural balance and improve the look of your skin.
3. Drink More Water
Water is extremely important. It keeps your skin hydrated and helps the body flush out the toxins that make cellulite worse. It is recommended that you drink at least 8 glasses of water per day to aid in the removal of toxins from the body and to prevent your skin from becoming wrinkled from the lack of hydration.
